Do you have an office I can come to?
No. Southbound is a service-area business — the equipment is on a trailer and we come to the property. There is no storefront and no published street address, which is normal and expected for a lawn care operation.
How far out are you booking?
It swings hard with the season. March through May is the busiest stretch of the year in this market; a first cut usually lands within a few days, and a recurring slot within a week or two. Winter cleanups and mulch jobs often go on the calendar the same week.
What about rain?
Rain pushes the route, it does not cancel you. A rained-out Tuesday usually becomes Wednesday or Thursday. You get a text either way — we would rather over-communicate than have you looking out the window wondering.
